OHIO CONCUSSION CERTIFICATION
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
The Ohio State Dept. of Health now requires Concussion Certification for ALL Youth (Under 19) Coaches participating in sports programs in the State of Ohio.
This includes ASA of PA registered teams competing in softball leagues & tournaments in Ohio.

This is a FREE online video course and test. Once successfully complete, you must print out the Certificate of completion and provide this info on request.
Coaches may face significant fines and serious charges if not in compliance with this new law.
Coach Requirements:
- USA Background Check – $14.00 – Each adult/Umpire (includes card) – Every Year
- All Umpires doing Youth tournaments need to do Safe Sport –Every Year
- All Umpires need to Concussion – Every 3 Years
